Christian was recognized last week as a fifth grade student of the month for believing in his ability to succeed. We are so proud of him!

And just a little, funny side note...

Every night, part of our homework is reading fluency. The idea is to read an assigned passage as fast as possible and with very few mistakes. Lately, Christian's passages have had LOTS of very difficult science/history related words. Anyway, tonight as we were practicing his fluency, he stopped and said:

"Aahhh...there are just too many vowels and consonants all mushed together!" :)

Keep up the hard work Christian. We too believe in your ability to succeed!
